 Hello everyone👋👋. Today we went to the Minaret Kalyan which is the most powerful tourist attraction in Bukhara with our group and our teacher. 


The minaret, designed by Bako, was built on an earlier existing structure called Kalyan by the Qarakhanid ruler Mohammad Arslan Khan in 1127 to summon Muslims to prayer five times a day. An earlier tower was collapsed before starting this structure which was called Kalyan, meaning welfare, indicating a Buddhist or zoroasterian past. It is made in the form of a circular-pillar baked brick tower, narrowing upwards. It is 45.6 metres (150 feet) high (48 metres including the point), of 9 metres (30 feet) diameter at the bottom and 6 metres (20 feet) overhead.
There is a brick spiral staircase that twists up inside around the pillar to the rotunda. The tower base has narrow ornamental strings belted across it made of bricks which are placed in both straight or diagonal fashion.[3] The frieze is covered with a blue glaze with inscriptions

About a hundred years after its construction, the tower so impressed Genghis Khan that he ordered it to be spared when all around was destroyed by his men.[5] It is also known as the Tower of Death, because until as recently as the early twentieth century criminals were executed by being thrown from the top.

 Hello. Today we went to the madrasah of Jubori kalon. During the reign of the Uzbek ruler Abdulaziz Khan (1645-1681), it was built in Havzi nav guzar of Joybor district in the capital of the Khanate under the donation of his mother Podshah.  Hi everyone we went to xoja ismat buxoriy complex today. He lived in Samarkand during the reign of Khalil Sultan and Mirza Ulugbek (1404-09; 1409-49). Day 1 Nog'ay Karvansarai

 Hi everyone. Today is the first day of our practical lesson.  Our today's destination is Nogay karvansarai. Nogai caravanserai is located in the western part of Sarrofon architectural complex. The Nogai caravanserai was built in 1720-1721 on the place of the Sokhta caravanserai, which belonged to Qulbobo Kokaldosh and burned down later. According to the information, merchants worked on the 1st floor of the building, and cloaks were sewn on the 2nd floor. After the Gazli earthquake, the 2nd floor was demolished in 1976-1977. Currently, its rooms are used as craft workshops, souvenir shops and offices.
